1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Paperbot AI. Paperbot AI is a web-based software application that provides insights into your competitors' SEO strategies and how they create and use topical clusters. Paperbot AI is offered by Warewe Consultancy Pvt Ltd (“Paperbot AI”), subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”).

BY USING PAPERBOT AI, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TOS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TOS, DO NOT USE PAPERBOT AI. Paperbot AI reserves the right to update and change these TOS from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Paperbot AI, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these TOS.

2. Use of Paperbot AI

2.1 Eligibility

Use of Paperbot AI is open only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you may use Paperbot AI only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Paperbot AI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

2.2 Accounts

To use Paperbot AI, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Paperbot AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Paperbot AI will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Termination

Paperbot AI may terminate your access to all or any part of the application/website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Paperbot AI. All provisions of these TOS that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

2.4 License to Use Website

Paperbot AI is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that Paperbot AI owns all rights, title, and interest in Paperbot AI. All rights not expressly granted by these TOS are reserved by Paperbot AI. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you have no right to modify or edit any content appearing within Paperbot AI unless otherwise stated within specific text files posted on Paperbot AI.

3. Content on Paperbot AI

3.1 Responsibility for Your Content

You alone are responsible for the content of your submissions. You assume all risks associated with your content, including anyone’s reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information in your content that makes you personally identifiable. You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of your content. You may not imply that your content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by Paperbot AI.

3.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with Paperbot AI. Additionally, you agree not to interfere with the servers/networks connected to Paperbot AI or violate the terms of use of any other party’s website. You may not use Paperbot AI to distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use Paperbot AI to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Finally, you agree not to collect or store personal data about other users.

3.3 Ownership

As between you and Paperbot AI, Paperbot AI owns all right, title, and interest in the product and all intellectual property rights associated therewith. Except for the limited license expressly granted herein, nothing in these TOS shall be construed as granting you any rights whatsoever in any copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets owned by Paperbot AI.

3.4 Inappropriate Content

If you find any content appearing within Paperbot AI that you feel is inappropriate, please contact us. We will give each notification of alleged infringement full consideration and respond according to applicable laws.

4. Content Availability and Proprietary Rights

Paperbot AI does not guarantee the accuracy of any data presented, nor the integrity of any submissions provided by users through Paperbot AI. You acknowledge that some material represented on Paperbot AI may be inaccurate or unreliable, and you agree to waive any legal rights you may have against Paperbot AI for any resulting damages suffered by you from relying upon such material. Paperbot AI does not guarantee that you may have access to Paperbot AI at all times, and the service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of a communication network. Paperbot AI will not be responsible if any network or communication service used in connection with Paperbot AI is interrupted or has lapses in availability from time to time, for any reason beyond our reasonable control. In addition, Paperbot AI reserves the right to delete your content after it has been posted without further notice except where such deletion is due to legal requirements or involuntary circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Paperbot AI contains material derived in whole or part from Paperbot AI and its other products, as well as user submissions, and is protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws, including under the Copyright Management Information provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Except where expressly stated otherwise within Paperbot AI or these TOS, you may not copy or distribute any part of Paperbot AI in any medium without prior written authorization from Paperbot AI or the specific third party who is credited with authorship of that material.

6. Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

You agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy for Paperbot AI, which is incorporated herein by reference if applicable (the "Privacy Policy"). You understand that through your use of this site you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

a. YOUR USE OF PAPERBOT AI IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. PAPERBOT AI AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH PAPERBOT AI ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. PAPERBOT AI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF PAPERBOT AI OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH PAPERBOT AI. PAPERBOT AI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT PAPERBOT AI WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

b. PAPERBOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELAYS, INTERRUPTIONS, SERVICE FAILURES, AND OTHER PROBLEMS INHERENT IN USE OF THE INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SINCE THESE ARE BEYOND PAPERBOT AI'S CONTROL.

c. PAPERBOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

d. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Paperbot AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands (including costs and expenses) alleging or resulting from your use of Paperbot AI or your breach of these TOS. Paperbot AI shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you with reasonable counsel defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding as shall be requested by you and as shall be reasonably acceptable to Paperbot AI.

9. Termination

Paperbot AI may terminate this Agreement, your access to Paperbot AI, and/or your account for any reason at any time. Termination of your account may include: (i) removal of access to all offerings within Paperbot AI; (ii) deletion of your information, files, and other content associated with or inside your Account; and (iii) barring further use of Paperbot AI under all or otherwise applicable Paperbot AI policies. Further, upon termination, you will remain liable for all outstanding fees incurred through the date of termination related to products or services which have been paid for on a subscription basis or any other product or service that requires payment.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We provide our valuable customers with a cancellation and refund policy as described here.

All subscriptions, monthly and yearly, will be renewed automatically on their due renewal date per the date of purchase until officially canceled in writing.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by writing to us at support@paperbot.ai
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please provide us with a 7-day advance notice. We will adjust your account limits accordingly on our servers.
You can upgrade/downgrade your plan using the web interface or after logging in; however, we will not provide any refund.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate Paperbot AI service for any reason, without any notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
Important: No refunds or credits for partial months or years of service will be refunded after cancellation.

Billing

We charge and collect in advance for use of our SaaS service.
All fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

11. General Provisions

These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Paperbot AI and govern your use of Paperbot AI, superseding any prior agreements between you and Paperbot AI. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other Paperbot AI services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.

If any provision of these TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these TOS remain in full force and effect. The failure of Paperbot AI to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these TOS, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement.
